The best way to get a mug design that meets your specific needs is to design it yourself! Only you can interpret what you want; your ideas are unique, and we want you to have the creative freedom to express yourself. For those who are not design-aware and don't know how to put their ideas on a screen, there are options available that can help.

One of the more popular sites for readymade mug template designs is ETSY. There are hundreds of template options, mainly for our 11-oz and 15-oz Ceramic Mugs. They cost only a couple of pounds and offer designs that are easily accessible, meeting most needs. For those with a creative flair, you can download one of our templates to create your mug design. We can accept a Design Template in any of the following formats: PSD, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS. If you want to send us a JPEG or PNG, use one of the templates and save it in the appropriate format. Unless your Mug Design is complex or a Photograph Collage Wrap, single images or logos can just be emailed over, and we will set it in place for you. You will always receive a proof before we go to production.

Our Design Templates include markings and lines to help you position your images correctly.

DON'T FORGET ... once you have used the template, remove the layer before saving. However, if you want a simplified Design Template with just a basic transparent design area, then download our PNG File. Layout your design, and KEEP the Design Template in position. Send the PNG Template to 'BACK' and then save it as a JPEG before emailing it to us.
